It’s easy to blame some sort of islamic nutters when really really bad things happen. Â The tradegy in Norway is case in point. Â Terrorism. Â But not of the islamic making. Â A local. Â As we have seen in other places around the world, sometimes our very own citizens attack the very society that they grew up in.
The outpouring of emotion for the people of Norway is heart felt. Â We are all sort of shocked and surprised that one of ‘our own’, a western democracy, has been attacked in such a way. Â We don’t like it when that happens.
Take a moment to spare a few thoughts for those of other terrorism attacks around the world, whether in India, Afghanistan, Pakistan and elsewhere.  They too are home grown terrorist and the people of those nations need our help in fighting fundamentalism, no matter where it is.
