GAYS CAN CHANGE. REPARATIVE THERAPY WORKS.
I shouldn’t be surprised that this bunch of hopeless christians still have some sort of vague hope that people’s sexuality can be change through reparative therapy.
They claim it works, well, most of the time:
This is not to say he or she is completely “cured” of homosexuality and the process may take many years, perhaps a lifetime, but he will acquire skills and self understanding to have his homosexual temptations become less and less until they become insignificant. One man described it as being finally and occasionally like a gnat buzzing around his ear.
What? So they’re not cured, they just end up with gnats in their ears? The poor helpless confused heterosexual (gay man) is so conditioned by their therapy….. oh you know the rest.
What about this:

and then later in the article….
VOL: Tell me about the third that fail?
Nicolosi: That third consists of teenagers dragged in by parents who don’t want to be there. Husbands dragged in by their wives or individuals sent by their pastors and priests who don’t want to be there. This returns us to motivation, which is essential.
I wonder if they ever really think about what they say. I wonder what drives these silly bunts, has it been some sort of internal struggle? I wonder why they think god wants them to ‘change’ people’s sexuality. I wonder if I can ever stop wondering about silly christians things. That’d be a no.
It’s nice the chrisitians are keeping busy helping a few confused types. They’d be better served showing them how to be gay. You know, helping them come to accept who they really are instead of playing useless mind games with them.
